Friday
Arrive + Root In
Arrive from 4 PM, settle into your room, and ease into the weekend at our private inn. We’ll welcome you with a generous spread of appetizers and refreshing mocktails—an informal evening of grazing, gathering, and getting to know the women sharing your escape, rather than a seated dinner.
Then make the evening your own. Stay at the inn, enjoy its quiet corners, and join Sharon Bridson for optional Yoga Nidra—a gentle invitation to unwind and rest deeply.
If you feel like heading out, we’ll share our favorite dinner spots and local entertainment options. Depending on the 2027 schedules, your evening might include a performance at Jacob’s Pillow, the Mahaiwe, or Tanglewood. Recommendations will be shared as schedules become available, so you can choose what speaks to you.
Additional dining, entertainment tickets, and transportation for independent outings are at your own expense.
Day Highlights:
Welcome reception • Generous appetizers & mocktails • Time to settle in • Optional Yoga Nidra • Your choice of a quiet evening or local discoveries

Saturday
Branch Out + Rest Deeply
Saturday begins with space to branch out—and an invitation to rest without guilt. Because rest isn’t separate from growth; it’s part of the process.
After breakfast, experience the Berkshires your way. Shop, walk, hike, visit a local farm, or simply enjoy a slow morning at the inn.
We’ll come together again for a fairy-tale-inspired seasonal lunch, followed by an afternoon designed around restoration, creativity, and choice. Join us for restorative yoga with the lovely Sharon Bridson, blend your own tea, and explore botanical watercolor—or simply read, journal, nap, and give yourself permission to rest.
That evening, we’ll walk into Great Barrington for our Hidden Gem Dinner, with time afterward to explore, sip and shop, or relax around the fire.
Day Highlights:
Slow morning • Choose-your-own Berkshires exploring • Seasonal lunch • Tea blending • Botanical watercolor • Restorative yoga • Hidden Gem dinner

Sunday
Bloom
After breakfast and one last unhurried morning in Great Barrington, our final day brings us into the heart of the Berkshires’ growing season with a visit to Pryjma Petals, a local flower farm.
We’ll slow down over a picnic lunch at the farm before getting a behind-the-scenes look at what it takes to grow beautiful flowers in New England. We’ll learn about seasonal growing practices, flower care, dahlia tubers, and some of the techniques used to help flowers thrive.
Then it’s time to get our hands in the soil with a summer container planting workshop, creating something beautiful to bring home with you.
It’s a fitting final chapter for Rooted — part farm visit, part learning experience, part creativity, and plenty of time among the flowers.
Day Highlights:
Breakfast at the inn • A slow morning in Great Barrington • Flower farm experience • Picnic lunch • Farm tour • Seasonal growing tips • Dahlia talk • Summer container planting workshop • Take-home creation

This is a preview of the Rooted weekend. Specific activities, timing, and order may shift as we finalize the experience—but the overall spirit and included highlights will remain.
Room to Wander
Not every memorable moment needs to be scheduled.
We’re intentionally leaving space in the weekend for you to follow what catches your attention — whether that means browsing local shops and galleries, finding a beautiful café, heading outdoors, booking a little extra wellness, or simply enjoying some quiet time.
You’ll have our personally curated Berkshires recommendations at your fingertips, so you can explore confidently while still making the experience completely your own.
