Travel Consultant, Experience Curator & Co-Founder
Katie is the heart behind the client experience at Katie Andrews Travel. As a Travel Consultant and Experience Curator, she leads the travel design, client experience, partnerships, and creative direction of the company.

Her background spans both traditional travel advising and the tour-operator side of the industry, giving her a behind-the-scenes understanding of how seamless, meaningful journeys are designed, priced, and delivered.

Katie works closely with clients to create custom trips, fully managed journeys, and small-group Hidden Gem Escapes that reflect each traveler’s interests, pace, priorities, and style of travel.
Her approach is grounded in care, authenticity, and the belief that meaningful travel does not have to feel rushed, crowded, or overly packaged. She believes the best journeys give travelers space to reconnect, recharge, explore with intention, and return home changed by the experience.
Paul Andrews
Co-Founder, CEO & Chief Financial Operator
Paul supports the financial foundation and long-term strategy of Katie Andrews Travel. As Co-Founder and Chief Financial Officer, he helps guide the business side of the company, with a focus on financial oversight, sustainable growth, operational structure, and responsible planning behind the scenes.

His role helps ensure that Katie Andrews Travel continues to grow with intention, clarity, and stability. From supporting business decisions to helping shape the financial structure behind custom travel planning, hosted escapes, partnerships, and future growth, Paul brings a steady, strategic presence to the company.

​While Katie leads the travel design, client experience, and creative direction, Paul helps support the systems and financial framework that allow the business to operate thoughtfully and responsibly.
